The multi-sensing unit (TH-MFU-L) is a highly integrated, low-power intelligent monitoring terminal. It integrates data collection, analysis, and transmission, enabling real-time monitoring of multi-dimensional parameters such as acceleration, velocity, inclination, displacement, and temperature. It supports dynamic sampling strategies, automatically adjusting the acquisition frequency and reporting mode when preset thresholds are triggered. This makes it suitable for long-term monitoring of bridge structural health indicators, including girder vibration, pier column tilt, and displacement deformation.
The device features a built-in 4G transmission module, a high-capacity battery, a surface-mounted low-light solar panel, and support for external solar photovoltaic panels or DC power supply. This allows for rapid deployment without relying on an external power grid, meeting the needs of long-term outdoor operation. It integrates multiple functions, including remote upgrades, parameter configuration, power consumption management, and local Bluetooth debugging.
The multi-sensing unit enables long-term trend monitoring and abnormal status alerts, helping to improve project management and maintenance efficiency and optimize operating costs.
