Product Overview

The wire crack meter is equipped with a high-precision linear displacement sensor, and its internal circuitry converts the displacement into a digital output. It is primarily used for monitoring cracks in structures such as slopes, dams, and buildings, and can also be applied to measure displacement of bridge bearings. During long-term monitoring, the wire crack meter periodically collects data and uploads it to a cloud platform. If a crack exceeds the threshold value or shows a continuing widening trend, early warnings can be issued to reduce casualties and property damage.
