The system comprises a compensation joint (incorporating a jack), a CNC pump station, a host controller, and software. The CNC pump station responds to control commands from the host controller, driving the jacks connected via hydraulic circuits. Based on readings from built-in hydraulic pressure and displacement sensors, it precisely regulates both pressure and stroke, achieving dual control. For any given project, pump stations and compensation joints (with jacks) can be flexibly configured as needed, with each compensation joint operating independently and without mutual interference. The system offers a high degree of automation, ensuring safety and reliability.
