This is a fully automated servo system designed for excavation support. Its primary purpose is to control ground deformation and ensure the safety of both the construction site and surrounding structures.
The system features a distributed architecture with independent support head assemblies. Unlike traditional supports, it integrates the support structure, embedded controllers, hydraulic cylinders, power units, and sensors into a single, highly intelligent unit. Compared to large centralized pump stations, this design eliminates extensive piping, thereby significantly mitigating systemic risks. A failure in one unit, such as a hydraulic leak, does not affect others, and the collapse of a central power unit is avoided, greatly enhancing overall reliability. The system boasts a high protection rating and can operate underwater.
Key functionalities include a fully automatic mechanical lock that provides on-demand, responsive adjustment with a high dynamic response rate, eliminating the need for manual intervention. It enables 24-hour continuous monitoring with multi-level redundant safety alarms and automatic protection. The system offers flexible compatibility, allowing for easy installation and free combination with both 609 and 800 steel supports as needed.
