Fully Automatic Inclinometric Robot

The fully automatic inclinometric robot is a new type of deep horizontal displacement measuring instrument. Composed of a lifting device, a rotating device, and an inclinometric probe, this robot enables fully automatic measurement of deep horizontal displacement and transmits data to local handheld devices (such as tablets or mobile phones) or remote cloud platforms. Users can view data and conduct historical data analysis in the corresponding clients. It can replace traditional instruments like fixed inclinometers and manual inclinometric equipment, and boasts advantages including low comprehensive cost, time and labor savings, as well as safe and reliable data.

The lifting device and the probe are connected by a high-strength traction rope instead of cables, which significantly reduces the equipment weight. Meanwhile, combined with wireless charging and transmission technology, the probe can adopt a fully sealed design to enhance its deep-water waterproof performance. When the lifting motor rotates, it drives the rope to control the probe's movement up and down in the inclinometric hole, thereby completing continuous measurement at 0.5-meter intervals. After the probe is lifted into the rotating device, the rotating motor can be used to control the probe to rotate 180 degrees, realizing two measurements (forward and reverse) as required by national monitoring technical standards and specifications (GB50497-2019, GB51214-2017) for slopes, foundation pits, etc. The difference between the two measurements is calculated to eliminate systematic common-mode errors.

The fully automatic inclinometric robot can achieve quick connection with various existing inclinometric holes, enabling fully automatic measurement and data upload. It not only saves labor costs but also meets the requirement of "data non-landing". It is highly suitable for long-term automated inclinometric monitoring scenarios.
