In accordance with the “Measures for the Recognition of Shanghai High-Tech Achievement Transformation Projects” (Hu Ke Gui [2020] No. 8), Toehold Technology's Intelligent Vision Gauge, the TH-ISM, has been certified as part of the fourth batch of Shanghai High-Tech Achievement Transformation Projects in 2023, following official acceptance review, expert assessment, and public notice procedures.This is the third time that Toehold Technology has received this accreditation, after previous recognitions for its “Support Axial Force Servo System” and the “IoT-Based Remote Online Monitoring System for Mixing Pile Construction Quality.”

The Intelligent Vision Gauge (TH-ISM) integrates IoT, machine vision, and intelligent disaster recognition algorithms to convert image data into deformation measurements. It enables ultra-high precision, non-contact, real-time monitoring of various civil engineering structures, supporting visual and intelligent safety management. The system provides reliable data for structural health assessment and early warning classification, helping to ensure safe construction and operation.

Measurement Principle
The Intelligent Vision Gauge is equipped with an embedded computing module. It can perform distortion correction on the recorded target images, correct target displacement, improve the monitoring accuracy of structural displacement, and realize integrated dynamic and static measurement of vertical and horizontal displacement.Adopting a dynamic local window algorithm, it solves the problems of complex operations and large computational load. All monitoring data can be processed and calculated in the local micro embedded computing module.Its supporting data management platform enables end-cloud collaboration, which can be flexibly scaled according to data volume to reduce operation and maintenance costs. It also builds a digital twin system to achieve dynamic linkage between monitoring data and models.The data platform has remote visual monitoring and video analysis functions, which can prevent false alarms.
The Intelligent Vision Gauge (TH-ISM) addresses the industry pain points of inaccurate measurement and incomprehensible data in structural monitoring. It has developed a non-contact, high-precision, high-frequency real-time measurement technology, which can greatly simplify on-site installation and deployment. In addition, it has realized the what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) remote visual monitoring function on the data management platform.
