Integrated Tension Meter

The TH-CFM-C integrated tension meter is an integrated low-power smart sensing device. It is equipped with an industrial-grade MEMS acceleration sensor and embedded with a high-performance edge computing unit, enabling it to complete a series of tasks locally, including raw acceleration data collection, frequency domain calculation, fundamental frequency extraction, and cable force calculation. It is suitable for cable force monitoring in the structural health monitoring of cable-supported bridges.

The device features a built-in 4G transmission module and a high-capacity battery, with a surface-mounted low-light solar panel on the top. It requires no reliance on external power supply or network connection, allowing for rapid on-site deployment. It also comes with multiple functions such as remote firmware upgrade, remote configuration, low-power management, and local Bluetooth configuration and debugging, which effectively improves usage and maintenance efficiency while reducing overall operational costs.
