Toehold Technology Comprehensively Launches "Work Safety Month" Series of Activities

This June marks the 21st National Work Safety Month in China. Toehold Technology adopted the theme "Comply with the Work Safety Law, and Be a Responsible First Person" to actively deploy a variety of activities for the Work Safety Month. Three departments—the Servo Project Management Department, Monitoring Project Management Department, and Production Management Department—organized comprehensive "Five Work Safety Initiatives" in accordance with the company’s overall activity plan and their respective operational realities. By integrating theoretical knowledge with project practice, these activities aimed to enhance safety awareness, improve safe operation skills, and effectively ensure safety in production and construction.

Servo Project Management Department

On June 15, the Servo Project Management Department organized a "Five Work Safety Initiatives" training session via video conference.

During the event, colleagues watched "violation footage" and "standard practice videos" on special operations. Project Manager Wang Yibo analyzed the videos and explained precautions and preventive measures for lifting operations based on his project experience.

In the "Safety Knowledge Lecture" session, Project Manager Representative Zhu Zuoming, Technician Representative Ji Chenyang, and Intern Representative Qi Rongwei shared safety knowledge and management experience from the perspective of project management. The discussion provided multi-faceted insights into the importance of safety implementation standards. The event concluded with a comprehensive safety technology test, which all department members passed unanimously.

Monitoring Project Management Department

On June 26, the Monitoring Project Management Department held a training activity titled "Resolutely Implement Project Safety Regulations, and Fulfill the Responsibilities of Every Position."

Through various methods such as watching standard operation videos, sharing practical cases, and collecting reasonable suggestions, the event helped participants fully recognize various hazards on project sites and increase vigilance—shifting from "being told to be safe" to "I want to be safe." By analyzing typical safety incidents, the team identified causes of accidents from "negative examples" and proposed specific operational measures, such as "fully considering whether there are obstacles during movement," "ensuring sufficient lighting conditions," and "conducting pre-shift safety technical briefings."

In addition to reemphasizing safe construction, the activity also encouraged everyone to maintain good daily routines and physical health to ensure safe and smooth work.

Production Management Department

On June 28, to strengthen employees’ work safety awareness, fully promote fire safety knowledge, continuously improve self-rescue capabilities, and enhance workshop emergency response levels, the Production Department carried out a series of activities including "Special Fire Safety Inspection," "Five Work Safety Initiatives," "Work Safety Theory Training," and "Work Safety Fire Drill."

During the activities, potential safety hazards were addressed through special fire safety inspections, and a tiered management mechanism was established. Combining theoretical training with simulated practical operations, the department further emphasized the importance of prioritizing work safety, treating it as a top concern, and implementing work safety measures effectively.

Work Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility

The Work Safety Month activity has achieved the expected results with mobilization, deployment, plans, and evaluation in place. It has further enhanced employees' awareness of work safety and improved their safety emergency response capabilities.Moving forward, the company will continue to strictly implement the two 100% coverage requirements — five-minute pre-shift safety sharing and comments, and special operation registration with video upload and comments. Combining forms such as project kick-off meetings, weekly/monthly regular meetings, and sharing sessions, the company will conduct in-depth analysis of potential safety hazards and thorough investigation of safety accident risks by referencing the top ten safety hazards and negative lists for servo and monitoring projects.We will uphold the philosophy of "Comply with the Work Safety Law and Be the Primary Responsible Person," keep the work safety string taut at all times, prevent accidents before they occur, and ensure the sustained stability of the overall work safety situation.
